The East Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Sub-agency has set up two public complaint posts related to the public school enrollment (PPDB) service, especially in terms of the population administration data of prospective new students.

Each post has four officers

Enrollment Division Head, Puji Yanti expressed that those posts were accessible at SMPN 103 Cijantung Building, Jalan RA Fadillah Cijantung and SMKN 26, Jalan Balai Pustaka Rawamangun. They would operate on the upcoming Monday (5/31).

"Each post has four officers," she said, Tuesday (5/25).

According to her, they would verify the documents of prospective new students or consolidate their children's enrollment numbers (NIK).

To avoid future problems, she urged the parents to prepare the necessary files, such as a child's birth certificate, family card and other population administration data.

"These posts are to facilitate services with a jemput bola system (officers to take the initiative to visit residents)," she stated.
